Sub-zero processing and cooling device for chilled bame【Cool Meister】
[Subzero Cooling Bame Device] Easily improve the hardness of metal surfaces! Reduce dimensional distortion after quenching! Capable of continuous support up to low-temperature tempering!
The Sub-Zero device manufactured by Taiyo Nissan uses liquefied nitrogen (-196°C) as its main refrigerant and is capable of ultra-sub-zero processing down to -150°C. Additionally, we also produce devices that can continuously process in a liquid nitrogen dip tank and perform low-temperature tempering (up to 200°C) after sub-zero treatment. 【Benefits】 - Compared to mechanical systems: ⇒ It significantly shortens pre-cooling and processing times. The simple structure results in fewer breakdowns and is maintenance-free. Some customers have been using it for over 30 years. - Compared to carbon dioxide dry ice and methanol systems: ⇒ It reduces CO2 emissions, has less impact on the human body, and achieves lower environmental burden. As the procurement of dry ice and carbon dioxide becomes more difficult, the environmentally friendly liquefied nitrogen sub-zero device is gaining attention. 【PR Points】 - Achieves shorter processing cycles and cost reductions. - We conduct tests using our demo equipment to determine the optimal conditions. (Tests including carburizing quenching are possible.) - We have Japanese staff in various countries, mainly in Southeast Asia, and can support exports overseas. (We have many achievements in countries such as China, Vietnam, and Thailand.)
